Peanut Butter Chocolate Buckeye Brownies

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix plus ingredients listed on the box

1 cups creamy peanut butter

1 cups powdered sugar

1 cups milk chocolate chips

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:


Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a 9×13-inch pan. Allow the brownies to cool completely.

In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and combined. Spread this peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly with a spatula.

Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to set the chocolate before cutting them into squares and serving.
