Ingredients:

1 lb 450 g chicken tenders

12 strips of bacon

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:


Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Wrap the chicken: Take a chicken tender and wrap it with one strip of bacon, securing the ends by tucking them underneath. Repeat for all chicken tenders.

Coat in seasoning: Roll each bacon-wrapped chicken tender in the brown sugar mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Arrange and bake: Place the coated tenders on the prepared wire rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through internal temperature of 165F/74C.

Serve: Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.
