Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary optional


Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400F 200C.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub with olive oil on both sides.

Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried herbs if using.

Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.

Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F 74C and the skin is crispy and golden.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
