Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails 6-8 oz each

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped plus extra for garnish

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and black pepper to taste


Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail to expose the meat. Carefully lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Brush and Bake: Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.

Serve: Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
