Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat 375-400F.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping at the base. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic lemon butter mixture.
Place lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, brushing with more butter sauce, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with extra butter sauce and lemon wedges.
