Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

4 ears of fresh corn, husked

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon smoked paprika optional

cup grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice optional

Directions:

Preheat the grill to medium heat.


In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Brush the corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and tender.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the hot corn and let it melt.

Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
