Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Cheeseburger Beef:
1 lb ground beef
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
For the Pasta & Toppings:
12 oz pasta penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine
6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
cup diced tomatoes
cup chopped green onions
cup dill pickles, chopped optional
Directions:
Prepare the Cheeseburger Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet used for the beef, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Gradually add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combine Everything: Add cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat. Stir in the cooked ground beef and half of the crumbled bacon.
Final Touches: Top with mozzarella cheese, remaining bacon, diced tomatoes, green onions, and pickles if using. Serve warm and enjoy!
