Giant Burger-Pizza with Meat, Cheese, and Bacon Slices
Ingredients:
1 large pizza crust store-bought or homemade
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
cup sliced pepperoni
cup cooked sausage crumbles
cup pickles, chopped optional
red onion, thinly sliced
cup burger sauce mayo, ketchup, mustard mix
1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional, for garnish
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C. If using a homemade pizza crust, roll it out onto a greased pizza pan.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Add the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, pepperoni, and sausage crumbles over the cheese layer.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the pizza.
Top with sliced red onions and chopped pickles if using.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust is golden brown.
Drizzle burger sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a burger-like finish.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
