Cheesy Loaded Beef Fries
Ingredients:
1 lb frozen French fries or homemade fries
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
cup cooked and crumbled bacon
cup diced tomatoes
cup sliced green onions
cup sour cream for drizzling
cup ranch dressing optional
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven according to the instructions on your frozen fries package. Bake fries until crispy and golden brown. If using homemade fries, cut potatoes into thin strips, toss with olive oil, and bake at 400F 200C for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease.
Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Once the fries are done, spread them out on a large oven-safe dish or baking sheet.
Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the fries. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
Drizzle with sour cream and ranch dressing, if using. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
