Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake

Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt 蓼
cup unsalted butter, softened 杻
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs 讀
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cup sour cream 拏
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Directions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease and flour a loaf pan.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3 In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
4 Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
5 Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in three additions, alternating with the sour cream, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
6 Gently fold in the crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
7 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. 籠
8 Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9 Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and pineapple juice to make a glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
