Southern Cherry Cobbler Bars

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
cup granulated sugar
cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt 蓼
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed 杻
1 large egg 讀
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cherry pie filling
cup almond flour
cup oats
Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2 In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
3 Cut the cold, cubed butter into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4 In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla extract, then add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. 籠
5 Press half of the dough mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish to form the base.
6 Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the base layer.
