Ingredients:
2 lobster tails about 6-8 oz each 咽
4 tbsp unsalted butter 杻
4 cloves garlic, minced 龍
1/2 cup heavy cream 拏
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 燎
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste 蓼
Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven: to 350F 175C.
Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, exposing the meat. Gently pull the meat slightly out of the shell but keep it attached at the base. 咽
