WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER TAIL 咽龍杻
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails about 6 oz each
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top of the lobster shells, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Lay the meat on top of the shell and place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Brush the Lobster Tails: Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, making sure its well coated.
Bake the Lobster: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. For an extra golden finish, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately, with any remaining garlic butter for dipping.

Doneness: The lobster meat should be opaque and firm to the touch when fully cooked.
Grill Option: You can also grill the lobster tails for a slightly smoky flavorjust brush with garlic butter and cook on a hot grill for about 5-6 minutes.
