Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and granulated sugar, then cream them together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until everything is fully combined.

4. Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk, until the batter is just mixed.

5. Spoon the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each liner about one-third full.

6. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted white chocolate, and granulated sugar until smooth.

7. Mix in the additional egg and stir until fully blended, then gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

8. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cupcake batter, filling each liner almost to the top.

9. Bake in your preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are set to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.

10. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

11. Once completely cooled, top each cupcake with a dollop of whipped cream, a spoonful of blueberry jam, and a few fresh blueberries for garnish.
