– 1 3.4 oz box pistachio pudding mix

– 1 cup vegetable oil

– 1 cup crushed pineapple drained

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a bundt pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the pistachio pudding mix.


3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

4. Gently fold in the crushed pineapple until everything is well incorporated.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
