Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter 杻

200g dark chocolate chopped
1 cup heavy cream 拏
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press the mixture into a tart pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Make the Chocolate Filling:
Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan until just simmering. Pour over the chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
3. Assemble the Tart:
Place fresh raspberries evenly over the chilled crust. Pour the chocolate mixture over the raspberries, ensuring they are fully covered.
4. Chill:
Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours or until set.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Decorate with fresh raspberries on top before serving. Slice and enjoy the rich, fruity flavors!
