Refreshing Fruit Salad with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
Fruits:
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mandarin orange slices
1 cup blueberries 𢡄
1 cup raspberries
1 banana, sliced
Dressing:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh mint, chopped optional
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine all the fruits. Pour the yogurt dressing over the top and gently toss to coat.
3. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped fresh mint for a burst of freshness. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for an extra refreshing taste.
