Ingredients:

1 rack of pork ribs about 1.5 kg

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the BBQ sauce:

1 cup BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

For garnish:

Fresh chives or green onions, chopped

Steps:

1 Prepare the ribs:

Preheat the oven to 160C 325F. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness. Rub the ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2 Bake the ribs:

Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2-2.5 hours until tender.

3 Make the BBQ glaze:

In a small saucepan, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.

4 Grill or broil the ribs:

Preheat the grill or oven broiler. Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the BBQ glaze. Grill or broil for 5-10 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and becomes sticky.

5 Garnish and serve:

Transfer the ribs to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped chives or green onions, and serve hot.

These sticky BBQ ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious and perfect for sharing!
