2 large baking potatoes 凜
1 lb steak, sliced into strips 數
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 燎
1/2 cup sour cream 拏
2 tbsp butter 杻
1 garlic clove, minced 龍

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Wash the potatoes, prick them with a fork, and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
2 Cook the Steak: Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness.
3 Assemble the Dish: Cut the baked potatoes open and fluff the inside with a fork. Add a dollop of sour cream, top with the cooked steak, and sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
4 Melt the Cheese: Return the loaded potatoes to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
5 Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!
