Ingredients:
4 slices of brioche or thick white bread
1/2 cup 125 g cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup 60 ml milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon optional
Butter for frying
Maple syrup for serving

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto two slices of bread, then top each with another slice to make a sandwich.
2 Prepare the Batter:
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon until well combined.
3 Dip the Bread:
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
4 Cook the French Toast:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
Cook the stuffed French toast for 23 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
