Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups pretzels, crushed 泌
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 packages 3 oz each strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 packages 10 oz each frozen strawberries, thawed
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C .
In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar 泌.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish .
Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely .
In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth 療.
Fold in the whipped topping 籠.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust .
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water .
Add the thawed strawberries, crushed pineapple, and another cup of boiling water. Stir until well combined .
Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer .
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set .
Cut into squares and serve chilled .
