Decadent Tiramisu with Fresh Raspberries Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup espresso coffee cooled
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pack ladyfingers savoiardi
Fresh raspberries for topping
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1 Prepare the cream filling:
Beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and fluffy.
2 Layer the tiramisu:
Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled espresso and place them in a single layer at the bottom of your dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
3 Finish with cocoa and garnish:
Dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
4 Decorate and serve:
Top with fresh raspberries and a light dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
