1 cup rice white or brown2 cans 15 oz each black beans, drained and rinsed1 tbsp olive oil1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp smoked paprika1/4 tsp black pepper1 1/2 cups vegetable brothSalt to tasteFresh cilantro for garnish optionalLime wedges for serving optional

Instructions:


Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
