Maple Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets1/4 cup pure maple syrup2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari1 tbsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp saltLemon wedges for serving optionalFresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C.In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Brush the maple glaze generously over the salmon fillets.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
