Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken and Veggies 復

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 cup breadcrumbs2 large eggs, beaten2 cups broccoli florets2 cups cherry tomatoes2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprikaSalt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.Place the chicken on the sheet pan. Arrange broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.Drizzle veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
