Sheet Pan Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp with Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined1 bunch asparagus, trimmed3 tablespoons melted butter2 tablespoons olive oil3 garlic cloves, mincedJuice of 1 lemon1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon Italian seasoningSalt and pepper to tasteLemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.Arrange shrimp and asparagus on the sheet pan. Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over them.Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and the asparagus is tender.Serve with lemon wedges for extra zest.
