Double Chocolate Biscotti

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.Divide the dough into two logs on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly.Bake for 25 minutes, then cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice logs diagonally into biscotti pieces.Place slices back on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
