Double-Decker Marshmallow Fudge
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Layer:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Marshmallow Layer:
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
For the chocolate layer, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Place it in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.
For the marshmallow layer, in a separate saucepan, combine the mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring until smooth and fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Once the chocolate layer is firm, pour the marshmallow mixture over it, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until both layers are firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
