Bubblegum Breeze
Ingredients:
2 oz bubblegum-flavored vodka
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz vanilla syrup
2 oz lemon-lime soda
Ice
Cotton candy pink or blue
Bubblegum balls for garnish
Pink sugar for rimming
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Rim a tall glass with lemon juice and dip it into pink sugar. Set aside.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine bubblegum vodka, blue curaçao, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla syrup with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Assemble the Drink:
Fill the prepared glass halfway with fresh ice. Strain the mixture over the ice.
Add Fizz:
Top with lemon-lime soda for a fizzy effect.
Garnish:
Gently place a tuft of cotton candy on top of the drink, allowing it to rest partly on the rim. Garnish with 2-3 bubblegum balls on a cocktail pick.
Serve:
Serve immediately, instructing the drinker to stir the cotton candy into the drink for added sweetness and a fun color-changing effect.
