Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
cup creamy peanut butter
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional toppings: chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or sliced bananas
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients:
In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If its too thick, add a splash of almond milk or your preferred milk to help blend.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Freeze the Ice Cream:
Transfer the creamy mixture into an airtight container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
Serve:
Once frozen, scoop the chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream into bowls and enjoy!
