Cookies n Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Directions:
1 Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Cream the Butter and Sugars:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3 Add the Wet Ingredients:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well mixed. Stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.
4 Combine the Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
5 Fold in the Goodies:
Gently fold in the chopped Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips.
6 Shape the Cookies:
Using a cookie scoop, place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each one.
7 Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
