Easy Overnight Pancake Casserole with Streusel Topping 丹
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups pancake mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
For the streusel topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pancake mix, vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and melted butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold cubed butter. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, crumble the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the pancake mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and puffed.
Serve with additional maple syrup and enjoy this sweet, fluffy breakfast!
