No-Bake Banana Split Cake
Ingredients:
Crust & Layers:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
8 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 cups whipped topping Cool Whip, divided
4-5 bananas, sliced
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Layer the Bananas and Pineapple:
Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese layer. Spread the drained crushed pineapple on top of the bananas.
Add the Whipped Topping:
Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping evenly over the pineapple layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Top with Cherries and Nuts:
Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the whipped topping layer. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or pecans on top.
Finish with Chocolate Syrup and Garnish:
Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the dessert. Garnish with maraschino cherries for a classic banana split look.
Chill:
Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let the layers set and the flavors meld.
Serve:
