Caramel Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Coins
Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
Instructions:
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of melted chocolate onto the sheet, spreading each into a small, coin-like circle.
Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce on top of each chocolate coin.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt flakes.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until set.
