Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box cake mix any flavor

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup add-ins chocolate chips, sprinkles, M&Ms, etc.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough is smooth.

Fold in your choice of add-ins chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc..

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
