WOULD YOU EAT THIS CREAMY GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER TAILS 咽龍杻

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:


For the Lobster:

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to broil. Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of the lobster tail shells lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and place the meat on top of the shell.

Season the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside while you prepare the garlic butter sauce.

For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

Make the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Cream and Parmesan: Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Broil the Lobster:

Broil the Lobster Tails: Spoon a generous amount of the creamy garlic butter sauce over each lobster tail. Place the lobster tails under the broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked. Baste with more garlic butter sauce halfway through cooking.

Serve:

Garnish and Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter sauce on the side.
