Would you eat this Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole ?
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped optional
1/4 cup green onions, chopped optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top, and return to oven for 5 minutes, or until melted.
Garnish with chopped pickles and green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
