Worlds Best Oreo Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Gently fold in 3/4 of the chopped Oreos.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Once set, remove from the dish, cut into squares, and enjoy!
