Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

– 24 maraschino cherries

– 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple

– 1 package pineapple cake mix

– 3 eggs

– 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice

– 1/3 cup vegetable oil

– 1 tbsp confectioners sugar optional

Directions:

1 Preheat that oven to 350F and give those cupcake tins a good spray, like youre misting your plants!

2 Add a generous dollop of melted butter and brown sugar to each tin, then get fancy with the pineapple and cherries on top.

3 Toss all the cake ingredients into a bowl and give them a whirlpour this deliciousness right over the pineapple mix.

4 Bake for a sweet 25 minutes and let them chill for a few.

5 Time for the grand flip! Invert them onto a tray and give them a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Voilà!
