Ingredients:

For the Cake:

Dry Ingredients: Flour, baking powder, salt.

Wet Ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk.

Add-ins: White chocolate chips, chopped pecans.

For the Frosting:

Heavy cream, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract.

For the Ganache:

White chocolate ganache store-bought or homemade.

Directions:

Prepare the Cake:


Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans.

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl.

Cream the butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.

Alternate adding dry ingredients with milk. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
