White Chocolate & Fruit Nut Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened 杻

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs 讀

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 北

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt 蓼

1 cup white chocolate chunks


1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup mixed nuts walnuts, pecans 樂

1/2 cup chopped dried fruits apricots, cherries

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350F 175C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream Butter & Sugar: In a bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.

4. Add Mix-ins: Fold in white chocolate chunks, dried fruits, cranberries, and nuts.

5. Shape & Bake: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

6. Cool & Serve: Let cookies cool slightly on a rack before serving.
