White Chocolate Cherry Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained, patted dry, and chopped
1/4 cup chopped almonds or pistachios optional, for extra crunch
Directions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Flavorings:
Stir in the vanilla extract, chopped cherries, and nuts if using until well combined.
Pour and Chill:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Cut and Serve:
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
Cut into squares and enjoy your creamy, cherry-infused fudge!
