Whipped Coffee Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons instant coffee regular or decaf
– 2 tablespoons sugar or erythritol for a sugar-free version
– 2 tablespoons hot water
– Milk of choice for serving
Directions:
1. Whip the Coffee: In a bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Using a hand mixer or coffee frother, whip the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes thick and fluffy. This can also be done by hand, but it will take much longer about 15 minutes.
2. Serve: Fill a glass with cold or hot milk, then spoon the whipped coffee on top. Stir in the whipped coffee before drinking to balance the strong flavor.
3. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your frothy and smooth whipped coffee.
