Vodka-Dipped Rainbow Marshmallow Pops
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
12 large marshmallows
12 lollipop sticks
Assorted colored sprinkles
Styrofoam block for drying
Directions:
Prepare Vodka: Pour approximately 2 ounces of vodka into a narrow cup or an 8-ounce mason jar.
Skewer Marshmallows: Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.
Dip in Vodka: Submerge each marshmallow into the vodka briefly, then gently tap the stick on the edge of the jar to remove any excess liquid.
Apply Sprinkles: Hold the vodka-dipped marshmallow over an empty bowl and generously sprinkle with your choice of colored sprinkles, ensuring an even coating.
Dry: Place the coated marshmallow upright into the Styrofoam block to dry. Repeat the process for all marshmallows.
Serve: Once dry, your vodka-dipped rainbow marshmallow pops are ready to enjoy!
