Valentines Day Pink Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 cups of whole milk, creamy and rich
1 cup of heavy cream, for extra velvety texture
1 cup of white chocolate chips, sweet and smooth
teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, for a touch of warmth
A few drops of pink or red food coloring adjust to achieve your desired shade of pink
Whipped cream, for topping
Valentine-themed sprinkles or heart-shaped marshmallows, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Milk and Cream
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the whole milk and heavy cream.
Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring often to prevent scalding. Warm the milk and cream until steaming but not boiling.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
Reduce the heat to low and add the white chocolate chips to the saucepan.
Whisk continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add Vanilla and Color
Stir in the vanilla extract for a subtle boost of flavor.
