Unbelievable Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup mayonnaise1 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon dried thymeSalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C.In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each chicken breast.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
