teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped optional

Directions:

Cook the Bacon:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.


Cook the Eggs:

Remove excess bacon grease, leaving about 1 teaspoon in the pan.

Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Cook sunny-side-up or over-easy, depending on your preference.

Toast the Bread:
