TRUE LOVE Cocktail
A delicate and refreshing cocktail that combines the crispness of Roku Gin, the brightness of lime, and the subtle sweetness of passion fruit. Finished with a fragrant Rose Bud Cocktail Perfume, this drink is a romantic experience in a glass!
Ingredients:
1 oz Roku Gin
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
3 slices Cucumber
3 sprigs Fresh Mint
Pinch of Salt
barspoon Passion Fruit Juice
barspoon Egg White
Rose Bud Cocktail Perfume
Garnish:
Cucumber Slice
Mint Sprig
Edible Flowers
Directions:
Muddle & Mix: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices, fresh mint, and a pinch of salt.
Add Liquids: Pour in the Roku Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, passion fruit juice, and egg white.
Dry Shake: Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Shake with Ice: Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain & Serve: Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Finishing Touch: Lightly spritz with Rose Bud Cocktail Perfume for an elegant floral aroma.
