Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature 杻
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs, room temperature 讀
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda 籠
1/2 teaspoon salt 蓼
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Cream Butter and Sugars:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
2 Add Eggs and Vanilla:
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3 Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
4 Fold in Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the white, milk, and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
5 Chill the Dough:
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
6 Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
7 Shape and Bake:
Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
8 Cool and Serve:
