Trim Shamrock Shake
A creamy, minty, and nutrient-packed Shamrock Shake thats perfect for St. Patricks Daywithout the sugar overload! This shake is loaded with superfoods to nourish your body while keeping it trim.
Ingredients:
cup 1% cottage cheese
– teaspoon mint extract to taste
cup unsweetened nut milk
tablespoon THM Super Sweet Blend
5 ice cubes
cup frozen diced okra
cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 scoop Pristine Protein Powder
Directions:
Blend the Base: Add all ingredients except the protein powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add Protein: Add the Pristine Protein Powder and blend for another 10-15 seconds until fully incorporated.
Garnish & Serve: Top with a small dollop of stevia-sweetened whipped cream or fat-free Reddi Wip, if desired. Enjoy immediately!
